APD Engineering COVID-19 Response
APD Staff Working From Home!
APD Engineering has transitioned to a Work From Home (WFH) model. This is as a precautionary measure, to help protect the health of our people, clients, their families and our community, by reducing everyone’s potential exposure to COVID-19.
These are unusual times, but in terms of our delivery capability, it is Business as Usual (BAU)!
We have well-established technology and IT systems for working remotely which allow us to take these measures without interrupting our client service delivery around Australia and New Zealand. Our transition has been relatively seamless so far.
To Our Clients
- We are 100% operational and in terms of our ability to continue to deliver high quality engineering services to you.
- APD staff remain focussed on providing you with the highest level of service and best outcomesin these difficult times.
- All staff remain fully contactable via our company contact details, direct mobiles, emails as well as all teleconferencing tools (ie WebEx, Skype, Teams etc).
- Should you wish to discuss any of our changes and how they may affect your project(s), please do not hesitate to contact any Lead Engineers or Area’s Manager directly.
Virtual Coffees & Lunch Initiative
It’s important also during this time to not only look after the physical health of each other, but the mental health and anxiety that this situation may cause. Connection is the key way to break through anxiety and avoiding the feeling of isolation. We are trying to ensure all of our connections just like in an office workplace aren’t just all about work, but staying positive as well as forward planning together socially.
For this reason, we are applying internally many social or stay connected type activities such as “virtual coffees, “team virtual lunches” and others.
We would like to welcome our clients to join us in these initiatives and look forward to having a virtual coffee with you soon!
Thank you for your support
We very much value our relationships with you, our clients and thank you for your ongoing business and support. It during these tough times we cannot stand still but need to come together to continue to work closer than ever before to deliver essential services that our communities depend upon.
If you have any questions about APD’s availability during this time, please contact our main switchboard, who can put you in touch with the appropriate person / area or myself directly.
Feel free to also connect with our staff for an on-line catchup or contact APD via LinkedIn or our website should you have any other questions or concerns.
Stay Safe!
