APD appoints John Azaris as Engineering Manager (VIC)
APD is delighted to announce the appointment of John Azaris to our Melbourne office as Engineering Manager. John is a Masters and Bachelor Degree qualified Manager and Engineer with more than 30 years of experience within the Victorian utilities sector.
John spent more than 15 years with AusNet in Melbourne as a General Manager and Manager for various departments. He brings with him a proven ability to lead large network infrastructure operations from corporate affairs and key stakeholder engagement to conceptual planning and project feasibility. John is also a leader in HSEQ, managing regulatory and industrial relation issues, and sourcing and initiating new business.
John has utilised his strong business development, technical, commercial and team leading skills on network maintenance, capital and operations service delivery projects circa $500M in value. During his career, he has built extensive knowledge and a strong network within Victoria’s utilities industry.
